Heated polymer patterns melted into asphalt for crisp, hard wearing decorative finishes.
DuraTherm is a heated polymer pattern melted into the asphalt surface. The preformed material is inlaid into the pavement, creating detailed, durable artwork that becomes part of the road itself.

Because DuraTherm is melted into the asphalt rather than painted on top, it withstands vehicles, weather and cleaning equipment far longer than surface coatings. It is the system behind many of the intricate floral, heritage and community designs you see on South Australian streets, from gum blossom crossings to full width lacework patterns.
Designs are cut from preformed thermoplastic to your specification, so councils and landscape architects can translate local stories, native flora or heritage motifs directly into the pavement.
