Sealing and filling pavement cracks to prevent water intrusion into the base and sub-base.
Crack sealing and filling of bituminous concrete pavement is utilised to prevent water intrusion into the pavement base and sub-base through working and non-working cracks.

Water entering through surface cracks is what turns minor pavement wear into potholes and base failure. Hot applied crack sealing closes those entry points for a fraction of the cost of resurfacing, extending pavement life by years.
Heated rubberised sealant flows into the full depth of the crack and stays flexible, moving with the pavement through hot summers and cold nights instead of debonding like cold pour products.
